Our quoting process involves a thorough consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget.

We then provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs, so there are no surprises later on.

Whether it's a new build, extension, or renovation, we ensure that every aspect of the project is accounted for, giving you confidence in the investment you’re making.

The Process You Can Expect

1. Initial Contact & Site Meeting

Your journey starts with a call or email to Hallinan Homes. A site meeting is then scheduled to discuss your plans, budget, and non-negotiables, ensuring a clear vision for your project.

2. Project Upload & Estimate

Your project details are uploaded into Build Xact, Hallinan Homes' construction management system. An estimated cost is provided within 2-4 weeks at no charge, offering a transparent guide to expected expenses.

3. Review & Questions

Clients review the estimate and raise any questions. Hallinan Homes prioritises transparency, discussing estimates and next steps via phone to ensure clarity before proceeding.

4. Engineering & Trade Consultation

Once engineering plans are received, another on-site meeting is arranged with a preferred electrician and plumber. This helps refine project details, confirm timelines, and finalise selections.

5. Final Quote & Adjustments

A final project quote and work schedule are prepared. One scope of work change is allowed at no extra cost, with additional changes incurring a small fee. This ensures accuracy before proceeding.

6. Contract Signing & Build Commencement

With all details confirmed, contracts are signed, and construction begins. Hallinan Homes remains committed to your project, offering engineering support if needed to bring your vision to life.

We understand that every client is at a different stage of their building journey. While having plans from an architect or draftsperson is an ideal place to start, we encourage engaging a builder as early as possible in the process.

The earlier we’re brought into the conversation, the better.

This allows us to offer realistic advice on costs, timelines, and construction feasibility before designs are locked in. By working closely with your designer from the beginning, we can help align your vision with your budget and avoid costly adjustments later on.
