    When starting your build journey It’s important to select a builder that connects with you right from the start. Being a small, boutique building company we typically run 1-2 larger jobs at once. High-volume builders often have up to 100 projects losing the personal touch with the builder that you selected.
    If you choose to build with Hallinan Homes, you will have a direct line to Matt our director and the decision maker. We know that when clients choose to invest in a new build they are looking to create a purpose and improve the functionality of their livelihood. It’s never too soon to start the conversation.   • Renovations

    When choosing to renovate an existing space, we know that preserving your homes original story can be significant to our clients. As we move through the concept development phase at the start of your build journey, we work with our clients to understand what works well in their current environment and what they would like to achieve at the completion of their project. We provide options and choice to suit your budget and overall goal.
